How do I join Vantage Rewards?
Signing up is quick and easy. Go to www.VantageRewards.com and select Join Now. After entering in your information, you will receive your new Vantage Rewards number via email and be able to start enjoying our instant rewards. You can also sign up and save your membership number in the Vantage Hotels smartphone app, available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Is it free to join?
Yes, there is no cost to join the Vantage Rewards program.

Will I receive a Vantage Rewards card?
Members will receive an electronic Vantage Rewards card via email and on the website after joining. We encourage you to print the card or save the account number in the Vantage Hotels mobile app. You can then access the card number any time via the app. If you prefer a physical card, you can request a card be mailed to you by checking the box during the enrollment process.

What instant rewards are offered?
Guests receive a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate* at any Vantage hotel, as well as complimentary room upgrades, late check-out, and access to hundreds of special offers and discounts for shopping, dining and entertainment.

When booking at a Vantage hotel, how do I get the 15% discount?
We encourage our guests to book reservations via www.VantageHotels.com and select the Vantage Rewards room rate. For those who prefer to speak with a live reservations agent, you may call our reservations line at 888-315-2378 or contact the hotel directly to book a room using your Vantage Rewards number. Walk-in guests can also receive the discount by presenting their card or card number at the front desk (subject to availability).

Do I have to show proof of membership upon check-in at the hotel?
Yes. A digital or printed card will be required upon check-in.

Can I receive instant rewards at all Vantage hotels?
Guests receive a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate*, free room upgrades (subject to availability), and late check-out upon request (subject to availability) at Vantage hotels. (*best available rate, without any additional discounts)

Do I get any points for my stay(s) at any of your hotels where I use my Vantage Rewards card?
At this time, Vantage Rewards is a program that offers instant benefits.

Do existing Value Club members have to re-enroll?
No, existing Value Club members do not need to re-enroll. We do encourage existing Value Club members to log in and update their profile to ensure that we have the most accurate information on file. This is to ensure that you are able to enjoy all of the benefits and perks of our new program.

What is the difference between the Value Club and Vantage Rewards programs?
The Value Club was the instant rewards program for our Americas Best Value Inn and Canadas Best Value Inn brands. Vantage Rewards offers the same instant benefits and is now accepted at all Vantage Hotel brands.

Do I get any points for my stay(s) at any of your hotels where I use my Vantage Rewards card?
At this time, Vantage Rewards is a program that offers instant benefits.

Do Lexington Rewards members have to re-join?
No. The Lexington Rewards program is specific to the Lexington brand and will continue unchanged. Lexington Rewards members who wish to participate in the Vantage Rewards program and receive instant discounts will need to enroll with Vantage Rewards.

What about Best Rest Rewards members? Is that program still active?
Best Rest Rewards, the loyalty program for America’s Best Inns, Country Hearth Inn & Suites, Jameson Inn, and 3 Palms Hotels & Resorts, has been retired. We encourage these members to enroll in Vantage Rewards.

Is there an automatic renewal of Membership for Vantage Rewards annually?
Membership is ongoing and the cardholder is not required to renew his/her membership at any time. Benefits do not expire, but are subject to change at the discretion of the program administration.

How can I update my account information?
Please log into your profile at www.VantageRewards.com to make changes, or contact our Vantage Rewards department at 877-311-2378 during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

What if I forgot my Value Club membership number?
On May 16, 2016, the Value Club program will be rebranded as Vantage Rewards. Your membership number will not change, but we encourage you to log in, download, and print out the new digital card, or save the card information on your smartphone in the Vantage Hotels mobile app.

How do I access the special offers and discounts?
Go to the Rewards Log-In page and enter your email address and password to receive access to hundreds of special offers and discounts for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Can I use my discount the same day I enroll?
Yes, but not on a pre-existing reservation.
